## About the role

We're hiring a Field Marketing Coordinator based in Latin America to own Pasito's event program end-to-end. In this role, you'll run the logistics that make each event happen (shipping, registration, venue coordination, and vendor communication), deliver MQLs to the Sales Team, and collaborate with the Head of Marketing to own Pasito’s field marketing and events strategy.

## What they're looking for

- Experience coordinating logistics for trade shows, conferences, or corporate events
- Highly organized to track and manage every small part of an event
- Familiar with managing vendor and shipping logistics remotely
- Fluent in English, written and spoken, for coordinating with vendors, venues, and the internal Pasito team
- Strong follow-through on detail-heavy, deadline-bound work with high ownership
- Prior experience with B2B SaaS events
