## About the role

PathAI is looking for an experienced, strategic Staff AI Product Manager to help shape and execute our core product roadmap. As a Staff PM, you will serve as a strategic leader and cross-functional connector, partnering closely with machine learning, pathology, biomedical data science, clinical affairs, quality, regulatory, and business operations teams.

## What they're looking for

- You have a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or a related technical/scientific field
- You have 7+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of launching and scaling production AI/ML, data science, or bioinformatics products
- You have demonstrated experience driving product development within healthcare, life sciences, digital pathology, or biotech domains
- You have a demonstrated understanding of the end-to-end AI/ML product lifecycle, including model development, dataset curation, evaluation metrics, and monitoring algorithms post-launch
- You have exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across technical, scientific, clinical, and executive teams
