Manage and grow ICs; own hiring, performance, and career development for your org. Own operational excellence: observability standards, on-call structure, incident response, SLAs/SLOs, and Production Readiness Reviews (PRR).

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in engineering management, ideally with experience managing managers or senior ICs across multiple teams
- Direct experience leading infrastructure, platform, or developer-productivity teams supporting a consumer product at scale
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tooling
- Comfort operating scalable production systems with high availability and performance requirements
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills, you'll work daily with Product Engineering, Security, and Data leads
