## About the role

The Change Practitioner is the hands-on delivery arm of the transformation office's Change function. Reporting to the CTO and assigned to a cluster of initiatives, you'll turn our enterprise change method into on-the-ground execution: the stakeholder plans, communications, enablement, and adoption tracking that make sure a delivered initiative is actually used.

- Applies a structured change methodology (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent) with discipline, and adapts it to the situation rather than running it by rote
- Builds trust quickly with stakeholders at every level, from executive sponsors to front-line teams
- Reads an organization: senses where resistance and adoption risk sit before they show up in the metrics
- Communicates clearly and calmly, especially when the change is unwelcome
- Measures adoption honestly and reports it straight, including when the news is bad
- Works independently on assigned initiatives
