## About the role

We are seeking a Service Assistant to join our growing Yacht Business Unit in Florida. This role will provide day-to-day administrative and insurance service support to Account Executives and clients, helping ensure accounts are managed accurately, efficiently and with a high level of client service.

## What they're looking for

- 1+ year of experience in insurance, financial services, client service or a related administrative role preferred
- Experience in commercial, personal lines, high-net-worth, yacht or marine insurance is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
