- 10+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with 8-10 years focused on People Operations
- Proven experience supporting and scaling organizations through high-growth environments, ideally in technology or regulated industries
- Experience integrating acquired companies' employees into HR systems and programs (M&A/onboarding integration)
- Experience supporting small or distributed international employee populations, including navigating varying compliance and operational needs across geographies
- Exceptional analytical skills are required - advanced ability to model, interpret, and present complex people-data to drive clear, strategic decisions
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday required) and proven ability to leverage technology for reporting, analytics, and process improvements
