## About the role

As Corporate Paralegal, you will support the General Counsel and legal team on the corporate governance, transactional, and compliance work critical to the company's growth and IPO readiness. You will manage board materials and minutes, corporate filings, and data rooms for financings and deals, and serve as the company's primary point of contact with its global corporate services provider.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant paralegal, corporate legal, or corporate governance experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Experience supporting corporate governance functions (board meetings, minutes, corporate records)
- Experience managing data rooms and/or supporting financings, M&A, or other corporate transactions
- Familiarity with entity management and corporate filings across U.S. jurisdictions
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
