## About the role

- Build and ship product across our core platform, from client-facing tools to internal systems that manage filings across dozens of state regulators - Design and improve the data layer powering our NMLS automation, including how we structure, store, and secure sensitive client and applicant information

## What they're looking for

- - Strong experience with TypeScript across the stack
- - Comfort working with Postgres and designing schemas for complex, evolving data
- - Experience shipping production software end to end, not just in a single layer of the stack
- - Genuine interest in working on a small team where your code ships fast and gets used immediately
- - Comfortable with ambiguity, the regulatory domain is complex and the requirements will not always be fully spec'd out for you
