## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or payments
- Genuine comfort with technical concepts — you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be able to hold your own in a conversation about AI, automation, or IVA architecture and get more fluent over time
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong relationship-builder — comfortable working within accounts that already have an existing PayNearMe relationship and other stakeholders (CSMs, account owners) in the room
- Highly driven and self-directed, excited by ambiguity rather than needing a fully-built playbook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to flex between technical and business audiences
