## About the role

This role leads the engineering organization that owns how PayPal creates, protects, distributes, rotates, and retires cryptographic material - keys, certificates, secrets, and the services and hardware that sit behind them. You will lead managers and senior engineers across public key infrastructure and certificate lifecycle management, key management and HSM platforms, cryptographic libraries and services, secrets management, and the enterprise crypto-agility and post-quantum readiness program.
