## About the role

The P2P Program Manager is the embedded operations partner for the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) business within PayPal Consumer. This role acts as the primary connective tissue between the P2P Product Leader and team and the broader Consumer Operations function — driving alignment on priorities, translating strategy into execution, and ensuring the business has the operational support it needs to move quickly and stay accountable.
