## About the role

This role runs internal engineering programs, overseeing multiple engineering operational projects and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. You’ll work closely with engineers and technical stakeholders, developing enough context on the systems and infrastructure behind your programs to identify dependencies and risks early. You’ll also actively apply AI agents and emerging tools to planning, synthesis, reporting, documentation, research, and cross-team coordination.
