## About the role

This role owns the commercial case for PayPal+, PayPal's consumer loyalty program and one of the company's fastest-growing strategic initiatives. The Sr Manager will own the program P&L, set the funding budget and the gates each market must clear to launch or scale, and define what commercial success means for the program. The role also owns the enterprise case - how PayPal+ lifts branded checkout, P2P, debit, and credit - and works with Finance and the leaders of those businesses.
