## About the role

As Sr. Director, Product Management for our Revolving Credit product team, you will create, own, manage and scale our revolving credit products for merchants and consumers across the US & UK, including our PayPal Credit Card (PPCC), PayPal Credit (PPC), PayPal Cashback Mastercard Business (CBMC).

## What they're looking for

- 12+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of experience leading others
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, engineering or a related field
- 15+ years of product management experience
- 10+ years of experience managing teams of product managers/leaders
- Prior experience at a FinTech or in the financial services space working on credit products. We will also consider candidates with prior experience in adjacent domains and/or in heavily regulated industries
