## About the role

This job will lead a team responsible for the design and delivery of the full suite of benefits offered in your region in this highly visible role. You'll be accountable for the overall vendor strategy and the financial management of programs, and you'll partner with local stakeholders on a roadmap to increase engagement. You'll work with internal and external thought partners and use feedback loops to develop action plans that contribute to our overall global benefits strategy and objectives.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with retirement plan strategy (401(k) design, vendor oversight, benchmarking)
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with benefits forecasting, IBNR, and working directly with Finance/Accounting
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive strategy without direct authority over the teams executing it
