We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven leader to serve as our Vice President, Strategic Finance. This role is built for someone who can build the model themselves and turn its output into a compelling narrative for our board and investors.

## What they're looking for

- Investment banking experience is required, with a track record of executing M&A, capital raises, or other complex transactions end-to-end
- Elite financial modeling and analytical ability - you build the model yourself and can defend every assumption in it
- Proven ability to operate at both altitudes - rigorous and deep in the model, and able to translate that work into a compelling narrative for investors, lenders, and the board
- Demonstrated ability to lead with empathy, build trust, and drive clarity across executive, technical, and operational teams in high-ambiguity environments
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on doing things the right way and maintaining a high personal standard of excellence
- Nice to have: Experience in fintech, healthcare, or another regulated environment
