## About the role

As Associate General Counsel, you will serve as a senior legal advisor, providing practical, business-oriented counsel across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. You will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to navigate complex legal issues, structure and negotiate agreements, assess risk, and support strategic business initiatives.

## What they're looking for

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
- 6+ years of progressive legal experience, including experience in a law firm and/or corporate legal department
- Experience supporting technology, software, SaaS, or similarly complex businesses preferred
- Significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Strong understanding of commercial contracting, intellectual property, privacy, security, and other legal issues relevant to technology businesses
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex legal matters and provide practical, risk-based legal advice
