## About the role

· Support HR programs and projects related to employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, onboarding and offboarding, development, retention, and other HR areas. · Assist with the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, frameworks, tools, and related documentation.

## What they're looking for

- · Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience
- · 3–6 years of relevant experience in HR, HR operations, HR technology, program/project coordination, or a related area
- · Working knowledge of HR practices and processes, with experience supporting HR programs and cross-functional initiatives
- · Experience with HR systems and technology, preferably including an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), along with strong Excel and data analysis skills
- · Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high-quality data, documentation, and deliverables while managing multiple priorities
- · Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate work across teams and escalate more complex issues appropriately
