## About the role

As Principal Technology Sourcing, you will serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for leading complex technology sourcing initiatives with a focus on software, SaaS, and emerging technologies. You will develop sourcing strategies, evaluate technology markets and suppliers, lead competitive sourcing and RFP processes, and negotiate commercial agreements that balance business value, cost, risk, and flexibility.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or related experience, with significant experience supporting technology categories
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and negotiating software, SaaS, cloud, and other technology solutions
- Proven experience leading complex RFI and RFP processes from requirements development through supplier evaluation, selection, and negotiation
- Strong understanding of technology go-to-market models, software licensing, subscription and consumption-based pricing, renewals, and commercial structures
- Experience evaluating emerging technologies and vendor markets and translating technical and business requirements into effective sourcing strategies
