## About the role

Peak Energy is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Energy Storage Systems (ESS) team and be heavily involved with the technical direction for our gigawatt-scale battery electrical and controls systems.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of professional electrical engineering experience, including significant hands-on experience with high-voltage systems
- Deep experience designing PCBAs and bringing electrical systems from concept to production at scale
- Strong electrical engineering fundamentals with demonstrated ability to solve highly complex , system-level technical problems
- Demonstrated track record influencing architecture and technical direction across multiple engineering teams
- Deep familiarity with high-voltage system design, safety standards, and grounding/isolation principles
