We’re looking for a Senior Product Enablement Partner to own product enablement across the GoGuardian product portfolio. You’ll equip New Business Executives (NBEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and their managers with the product knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to connect our solutions to customer needs—especially as new products launch and features are released. ## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of product enablement experience supporting multiple products, with a track record of owning programs from strategy through delivery and measurement
- Experience in K–12 education technology is required, with a strong understanding of district customer personas, buying needs, and the realities of selling to and supporting schools
- Experience enabling customer-facing sales and Customer Success teams for product launches and feature releases, translating product capabilities into customer value and practical seller behaviors
- Able to develop deep product expertise across a portfolio and help sellers explain and demonstrate solutions in ways that are relevant to their customers
- A proactive, persistent partner who seeks out roadmap information, asks thoughtful questions, and develops plans before being asked—while keeping stakeholders aligned as details evolve
