## What they're looking for

- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
- Active CPA license required
- 5+ years of progressive experience in technical accounting, accounting advisory, corporate controllership, or complex financial reporting, Big 4 or national firm experience strongly preferred
- Experience with equity accounting, capitalization tables, and equity rollforward
- Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP systems, as well as close management tools (FloQast, Numeric) and equity administration system (Carta, Slice)
- Demonstrated ability to draft and review audit-ready technical memorandums, implement conclusions in recurring operations, work constructively with external auditors, and ground conclusions in evidence, economic substance, and authoritative guidance
