## What they're looking for

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong full-stack depth spanning both front-end (React/TypeScript) and backend/distributed systems
- Lean Mindset: Focus on delivering customer value by minimizing waste, optimizing workflows, fostering continuous improvement, and prioritizing iteratively
