## About the role

We're looking for an People Partner to be the go-to person for all things people at Pedestal Health. This is a true generalist role. One day you're troubleshooting a benefits question, the next you're running an interview loop or making sure payroll goes out without a hitch. You'll own the full employee experience, from the systems that keep us running to the culture that makes people want to stick around.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role, bonus points if you've touched benefits, comp, ER, recruiting, and HRIS
- Have a good handle on multi-state employment law
- Strong judgment, discretion, and interpersonal skills, comfortable handling sensitive information
- You can juggle a lot without dropping the ball
- Experience working with ADP strongly preferred
- PHR/SHRM-CP is nice to have, not required
