## About the role

We’re looking for a Web Experience Lead to own and shape the Peec AI website as a core part of our product and growth engine. In this role, you’ll oversee the entire web experience, from structure and UX to messaging, design quality, and performance, ensuring the site clearly communicates our product and converts visitors into engaged users.

## What they're looking for

- Proven experience owning and evolving a website at a high-growth B2B SaaS company with a strong design bar
- Strong product and UX sensibility - you care deeply about navigation, clarity, storytelling, and user experience
- Comfort working hands-on in modern CMS and web tooling ecosystems (Webflow, Framer, headless setups, or similar)
- Experience with CRO, experimentation, analytics, and performance marketing-driven landing page workflows
- High taste and strong judgment - you know what good looks like and enforce high quality standards
- High ownership and proactive execution - you ship, iterate, and continuously raise the bar
