## About the role

We're on the lookout for a remote drug and alcohol counselor to join the leading digital clinic for substance addictions. As a key member of our counseling team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting and empowering individuals on their journey to overcome substance addictions. Your main objective will be guiding members towards leading addiction-free lives!

## What they're looking for

- - Active Massachusetts credential in good standing
- - Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- - Bachelors Degree required
- - 2+ years of clinical experience delivering CBT and/or behavioral support for substance use disorders (tobacco, alcohol, opioids)
- - Comfort working in an AI-augmented care environment, openness to adopting AI-assisted tools that support documentation, member communication, and clinical decision-making
