## About the role

Pelago is looking for a Sr. Manager of Events to own the strategy and execution of our B2B event portfolio and select corporate experiences. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who can connect event investments to commercial priorities, create thoughtful experiences for customers and prospects, and manage every detail from planning through follow-up. This is a hybrid role with a high-collaboration rhythm (4 days/week in our NYC office).

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of experience leading events, field marketing, experiential marketing, or a closely related function, with meaningful ownership of B2B events
- A track record of independently managing complex events from strategy and budgeting through onsite delivery and post-event measurement
- Strong project management skills and the ability to keep multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines moving at once
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including confidence partnering with senior executives, sales leaders, customers, and external vendors
- Sound judgment, high attention to detail, and a calm, resourceful approach when plans change
- Experience using event and marketing technology to support registration, engagement, lead capture, follow-up, and reporting
