## About the role

Peloton is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and service-oriented Manager, Equity Administration and Executive Compensation to join our Compensation team. This role is responsible for the accurate and efficient day-to-day administration of the company’s global stock plans, with a strong focus on international equity administration and cross-functional partnership.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in equity administration within a global public company or stock plan provider, including experience managing people
- Strong understanding of executive compensation practices, proxy disclosure requirements, SEC regulations, and corporate governance principles
- Experience supporting Compensation Committee materials and executive compensation analyses preferred
- Knowledge of equity compensation administration, including tax and accounting implications
- Strong knowledge of global equity compliance, knowledge of international equity taxation laws is a plus
- Completion of CEP designation (or in progress) a plus
