## About the role

Peloton is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to define and execute the future of our commercial software and digital experiences for operators - commercial gym & health clubs owners alongside hotels, universities, and residential fitness facility managers. As a key driver for this major company priority, you will drive the product strategy and lifecycle building experiences to monitor, manage and customize our equipment & software.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of Product Management experience with at least 2 years spent building commercial and/or B2B software experiences
- Self-starter ready to come up with creative solutions to complex, ambiguous problems for both operators and exercisers
- Comfortable working scrappy - experienced building & iterating their own prototypes and engaging directly with customers to pressure test ideas & bring them to life
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proven experience using data to ground roadmaps and product decisions
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead initiatives in a highly collaborative environment
- Highly collaborative, open to giving and receiving constructive feedback, with a strong attention to detail and a bias for action
