## About the role

Peloton is an award-winning health and fitness brand that builds connected products and experiences that matter. We are currently looking for a hard-working Industrial Designer with 8+ years of experience to join our team with relevant experience in an adjacent industry such as automotive, aerospace, or large equipment. In this role, you will lead and support the aesthetic, functional, and usability development of large-scale fitness equipment throughout the full design development process.

- You have a proven understanding of the Product Development Process and are able to manage complex design assemblies. Your work is detailed, and well thought out
- You lead sophisticated projects with direction from program leaders and input from cross-functional partners
- You have the ability to self-define relevant parameters to work within, set and prioritize deliverables with appropriate timeframes to meet program & phase gate objectives
- You ask the right questions to help inform and define outcomes/results for yourself and other designers
- You have experience bringing analog and digital products to market that meet rigorous ergonomic and usability requirements
- You have a passion for design in all its forms and compelling skills, including the ability to translate brand values into captivating narratives, products, and experiences
