## About the role

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) leads, coaches, and develops a team of Territory Managers (TMs) to drive regional sales performance and successful execution of Pelthos Therapeutics’ commercial strategy. The RSM is accountable for achieving regional business objectives by translating company priorities into effective field execution, developing the capabilities and performance of the sales team, and fostering strong customer and cross-functional partnerships.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- 5+ years of successful biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience, including demonstrated leadership, coaching, or people management experience
- Prior pharmaceutical or biotech sales management experience strongly preferred
- Dermatology, Pediatrics, specialty pharmaceutical, product launch, or startup experience is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving sales objectives and improving team performance through effective coaching, leadership, and business planning
- People Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing sales professionals
