## About the role

Pendo’s feature teams build the experiences that help customers understand their users, improve their products, and get more value from their software. Engineers work closely with Product and Design to solve meaningful customer problems, from evolving widely used product experiences to building entirely new capabilities.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer building and shipping production web applications
- Experience building full-stack applications, including backend services and APIs, with strong frontend experience using JavaScript or TypeScript and a component-based framework such as Vue, React, or Angular
- Daily use of AI tools as part of your software development workflow
- Ability to independently deliver well-scoped features and break work into small, deliverable increments
- Experience applying unit, integration, or end-to-end testing strategies appropriate to the risk and scope of a change
- Experience identifying risks and blockers in your work, raising them early, and continuing to drive progress independently
