## What they're looking for

- A proven track record of building and shipping product marketing work, with depth of ownership that matters more than the number of years in seat
- Experience creating, testing, and adapting product marketing work in fast-moving, high-growth, startup, or similarly ambiguous environments
- AI fluency, including comfort working in an AI-shaped environment and using AI tools or workflows to improve research, content creation, and execution
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, move across shifting priorities, and flex into adjacent areas such as solutions marketing, growth, and demand generation
- Exceptional ability to translate technical product features into compelling, value-driven solutions for buyers
- Demonstrated experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and developing targeted messaging
