## About the role

Pendo’s Professional Services team is part of the broader Strategy & Transformation organization. The team helps customers transform how they operate, not just how they use Pendo, through technical and strategic consulting. This work spans complex technical engagements, including system migrations, integrations, and data work, as well as advisory support that helps customers evolve their processes, teams, and ways of working.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role within B2B SaaS, with hands-on experience writing custom code and building integrations
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js, with the ability to write production-quality backend code
- Deep experience with APIs, data pipelines, integration patterns, ETL processes, and data modeling
- SQL proficiency and strong data modeling expertise
- Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data concepts into business value for both technical and business stakeholders
