## About the role

As our first Field Marketer focused exclusively on customer programming, you’ll own our end-to-end field program designed to engage power-users, leadership, and elected officials in the field. You’ll build on our existing field motion to drive user engagement, evangelism, and solidify Peregrine’s place as a key partner to government agencies seeking to lead in responsible AI, governance, data privacy, and digital transformation.

## What they're looking for

- Build our event program from the ground up: power-user education (user groups, workshops) and executive thought leadership (command staff programming on AI, governance, and digital transformation)
- Partner with Customer Advocacy and FDE to design curricula with genuine training value, not content wrapped around an agenda
- Own field programs including user gatherings, executive events, roundtables, and workshops, tailored to each audience
- Build customer communities that connect peers and deepen engagement
- Work with trade associations to build Peregrine's presence in target segments
- Build repeatable programs that surface and accelerate expansion
