## About the role

We're hiring a Product Lead to define what PermitFlow builds next, reporting directly to our Head of Product. This is a high ownership role that will require exceptional execution across new product development and commercial strategy.

## What they're looking for

- We're looking for product leaders who think like GMs and have taken a product from zero to real revenue
- 9+ years of product experience, or an equivalent track record as a founder, GM, or operator carrying commercial ownership
- Proven experience taking a product from zero to commercial revenue in a startup or high-growth environment, or experience significantly accelerating revenue growth when inheriting a 1-100 product offering
- Direct experience moving a company into a new customer segment or market, across buyer, sales motion, delivery model, and price
- Pricing and packaging judgment built on direct experience
- Fluency with long, multi-stakeholder buying cycles and formal procurement processes
