## About the role

We're hiring a Video & Content Producer to own video and photo content at PermitFlow, end to end. You'll shoot, edit, and publish content from customer events, internal events, and speaking engagements. This is a hands-on role. You'll be the one behind the camera and the one at the keyboard finishing the edit.

## What they're looking for

- 2-5 years of experience shooting and editing video and photo content
- A portfolio that shows range: interviews, event coverage, and social-ready clips
- Comfortable running a shoot solo, including camera, audio, and lighting
- Skilled in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or a similar editor. You can go from raw footage to a finished cut without help
- An instinct for story. You can turn a raw event into something people want to watch, fast
- Organized and self-directed. You don't need someone managing your schedule for you
