## About the role

PHIL is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Launch and Client Success to own the successful launch of new clients onto PHIL's platform, as well as ensuring their ongoing success by configuring business rules, developing client-specific capabilities, and driving program optimizations.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in product management, solutions architecture, or a similar client-facing product role in a technology-driven environment
- Proven experience leading client or partner implementations, ideally including discovery, project planning, and go-live
- Working knowledge of B2B and B2C product principles, with the ability to advise clients on decisions that shape a consumer-facing experience
- Comfortable working directly with engineering teams to scope technical work and make implementation tradeoffs
- Strong project management instincts: able to break down ambiguous work, sequence it, and keep multiple stakeholders moving in the same direction
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with a bias toward clear documentation
