## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of experience in high-volume warehouse management, distribution, 3PL, or mail-order operations, with 3+ years in multi-site operational leadership
- Experience in healthcare is preferred
- Expertise with WMS/ERP platforms, fulfillment automation, labor optimization tools, and carrier management systems
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or WMS-native dashboards), and the ability to leverage metrics to drive strategic operational decisions
