## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, production engineering, equipment engineering, or a related industrial environment
- Demonstrated experience independently troubleshooting manufacturing processes or equipment, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing effective corrective actions
- Experience designing or improving tooling, fixtures, mechanical systems, manufacturing equipment, or production processes in a hands-on environment
- Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications, with experience using CAD and creating or modifying technical documentation
- Experience using production data, engineering trials, process validation, or structured problem-solving methods to improve manufacturing performance and scale processes
