## About the role

Picogrid is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, build, and deploy mission-critical hardware systems that support U.S. defense operations. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of embedded systems, mechanical integration, and high-reliability design, where you will own key electrical components that power connected autonomous systems in the field.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of industry experience designing and releasing custom PCBAs into production. This role is open to both mid-level and senior engineers
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Deep understanding of high-speed digital design, signal integrity, power electronics, and common electronic circuits. Proven experience in schematic capture and PCB design for high-reliability applications (aerospace, defense, or similar industries preferred)
- Growth mindset, results-oriented focus, and proficiency in leveraging modern tools to maximize productivity
- Ability to interpret and apply design specifications, datasheets, and technical drawings
