## About the role

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead engineering hiring. You’ll own the full engineering recruiting funnel—from sourcing and outreach to closing—while building the internal systems that will scale our technical organization. This role sits at the intersection of technical recruiting and people operations, and will be foundational to how Picogrid’s engineering team grows. Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and operational roles (hardware, software, systems, and field).

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on software and hardware technical recruiting
- Proven ability to source and close top technical talent in competitive markets
- Experience recruiting for early-stage startups, defense, aerospace, or frontier technology is a strong plus
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder both internally and externally
- Highly organized and data-driven, you track metrics and iterate systems
- Mission-oriented: you want to solve hard problems that matter to national defense
