- Processing bind reviews competently and completely, addressing red flags or moving for UW review before releasing payment request
- Review and process post-issuance requests/endorsements from partners and internal teams
- Send out requests for additional information, quotes, and assist in communication between Underwriters and Agency Partners
- Maintain industry knowledge on WC and Commercial Auto lines of business. Develop and maintain full knowledge of all forms, coverages, ratings, and manuals for these lines
