## About the role

We're looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer (6-month Contract) to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract with potential for extension. In this role, you will act as an outbound talent engine and research partner, building high-quality talent pipelines across our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization.

## What they're looking for

- Experience in Talent Sourcing, Executive Search or Talent Acquisition within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
- Strong understanding of the North America SaaS revenue ecosystem, including familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies, deal structures, and target company tiers
- Exceptional sourcing and headhunting capabilities with a proven track record of engaging passive talent
- Experience leveraging multiple sourcing channels beyond LinkedIn
- Strong understanding of the technology talent market across GTM and/or Corporate functions
- Naturally curious with excellent research skills and a passion for understanding talent markets
