## What they're looking for

- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in customer-facing or communication-focused roles
- Basic programming or scripting experience in a language such as Python, JavaScript, Java, Bash, or PowerShell, with the ability to write or modify simple scripts
- Foundational knowledge of information technology, cybersecurity, AI, cloud concepts, web applications, APIs, or identity and access management
- The ability to follow technical procedures, troubleshoot using logs and documentation, identify and communicate issues, and escalate blockers appropriately
- You have exposure to SSO, MFA, orchestration, identity governance, authorization, identity verification, identity risk, or related IAM concepts
