## What they're looking for

- JD with minimum 10 years of experience in a legal environment, with significant experience negotiating complex SaaS, cloud services, technology infrastructure and commercial transactions
- Minimum 2 years of in-house experience at a technology company preferred
- Strong people management experience, including coaching, performance management, development and workforce planning
- Strong judgment and comfort making risk-based decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to present clear, business-oriented solutions
- Demonstrated ability to drive results through others, manage escalations and improve team operations
