## What they're looking for

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in digital advertising, media, platform sales or a closely related industry
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading managers and multi-level teams
- Experience in Financial Services, with knowledge of advertiser needs across banking, credit cards, payments, lending, insurance, wealth or fintech
- Experience in revenue strategy, business planning, forecasting and pipeline management for a large-scale sales organization
- Experience in building relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal executives and influencing decisions across cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience using AI to improve speed and quality in planning, analysis, communication or other day-to-day workflow outputs relevant to this role
