## What they're looking for

- Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. law school
- Experience at a top law firm and/or in-house legal and compliance department
- Experience conducting complex and sensitive investigations for 7 or more years
- Must be admitted to the bar of at least one state with ability to provide legal services from state of residence
- Excellent analytical skills and strong and clear verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to interact effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional and cross-business teams at all levels of the organization to achieve results
