## What they're looking for

- JD with minimum 8 years of experience in a legal environment, with significant experience negotiating complex SaaS, cloud services, technology infrastructure and commercial transactions
- Minimum 2 years of in-house experience at a technology company preferred
- Strong understanding of cloud computing business models, contracting structures and pricing frameworks, including consumption-based models, committed spend arrangements and enterprise technology agreements
- Experience partnering with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Finance and Procurement stakeholders on high-value, strategically important technology deals
- Experience translating negotiated contract terms into scalable internal processes and operational guidance for business teams
- Strong communication skills, particularly the ability to translate legal jargon and complicated contract concepts into clear, practical guidance for business teams
