## About the role

Pinterest is seeking a strategic sourcing leader to lead General & Administrative sourcing and manage an approximately $150M annual third-party spend portfolio . You’ll partner with leaders across Finance, Legal, Trust & Safety, People, IT, Workplace and other corporate functions to create supplier strategies that balance commercial value, risk management, operational excellence and stakeholder experience.

## What they're looking for

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, supply management, commercial strategy or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience leading and developing people, including setting expectations, coaching, delivering feedback and managing performance
- Experience leading strategic sourcing and category management for substantial indirect, General & Administrative, corporate services, professional services, technology or related spend
- Experience leading complex supplier negotiations and structuring commercial agreements that balance cost, quality, service, risk, flexibility and long-term business value
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across functions and aligning competing business, financial, legal and risk priorities
- Experience using spend data, supplier economics, market intelligence and financial analysis to inform category strategies and commercial decisions
